Shela, age 23, did not have any weight issues so why would she even consider going on a diet? But what did become an issue in her life was depression, lack of energy, anxiety attacks and struggles of getting up in the morning. She was going to therapy and taking anti-depressant pills but none of that seemed to help Shela. None of her doctors or consultants ever thought to suggest a change in her eating habits.
Donuts and soda for breakfast, with fast-food burgers and skittles at lunch then to top things off with snack foods for dinner- that could very well be a causing factor of the mood changes and the lack of ambition and drive in life.
