Having an upstairs neighbor who sounds like all they do is somersaults all day and night isn’t fun.  In reality, most of the noise that comes from upstairs isn’t intentional at all.  You could be that neighbor who calls the police every time there is a bump in the night, or when the music is just too loud to even hear yourself think; literally.  But to be quite honest, there is a better way.

The quickest and easiest way to solve the issue of loud upstairs neighbors comes through friendship.  This whole matter revolves around relationships. If you don’t have a connection with your neighbor they won’t even remember to mind you with their life in any way.  Instead of knocking on their door with a mean face try a happy face.  Let your neighbor know how much you care for them and the next time they have guests or work on a project that requires noise, they may remember that nice neighbor that lives beneath them and show a little more respect and courtesy.

The Real Santa Claus

We hope you all are doing well this week.  If you weren’t informed about our Resident Holiday Bash we will be hosting this party on Saturday, December 11th, 2010 from 2:PM -4:PM.  This end of the year Holiday Bash is a great way to wrap up another successful year here atAbberly Green Apartment Homes. Feel free to bring a special guest to come out and have some food, drinks and fellowship with the rest of your neighbors and residents here at Abberly Green Apartments.  We love to have resident functions in our apartment complexbecause it gives us an opportunity grow closer as a community.  The Holiday Bash will be held in the Clubhouse and as a special treat there will be a real Santa present so make sure you are on your best behavior.  This will be one of the last resident activities of 2010.  We would appreciate having all of our residents in attendance.  Thank you so much!  Happy Holiday’s from Abberly Green Apartment Homes, the Best Apartment Community in Mooresville.
